Women in Finance Charter

PSL believes that promoting a diversified employee base can only be beneficial for our business and the wider financial services industry. PSL is a signatory to the HM Treasury's Women in Finance Charter. The UK government seeks to ensure that as many firms as possible sign the Charter and implement its recommendations thus creating a more balanced and fair industry.

As part of the charter, PSL are committing to the following targets to promote gender diversity and balance:

  • Improve gender diversity at a senior level, such that 33% of our senior management roles are held by women by September 2021.

  • PSL is committed to equality of opportunity in all areas of its business. All existing and prospective partners and employees are treated in a fair and equal manner and in accordance with the law regardless of gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation.
